FediPilot AI practice assistant
AI accounts & models
FediPilot works with Claude and ChatGPT on your own subscription, picks the model, falls back to your other account when one hits a limit, and can operate on-screen apps with a backup lane if the desktop link drops.

Features in AI accounts & models
Choose your AI and model
Choose the default AI provider, Claude or ChatGPT, and the model, from an up-to-date list.
The Claude-powered assistant
With a Claude account connected, FediPilot runs a multi-step assistant that plans, uses tools and works through the job across many turns.
ChatGPT-powered assistant
Accountants with a ChatGPT subscription can run FediPilot on it, with the same Fedix tools.
Fallback when an AI account hits its limit
If your Claude account hits a usage limit before work starts, FediPilot can retry once on your connected ChatGPT account.
Switch AI account from the chat
When an account reaches its limit, buttons under the reply let you switch to another provider or account in one click.
Your own AI subscription
Your Claude and ChatGPT credentials are stored per user and model use runs on your own subscription; there is no shared key.
No API keys to manage
Model requests can be routed through your Fedix sign-in, so you are not asked to manage provider keys on your computer.
Older sessions keep their AI provider
Sessions keep using the right provider even after provider names change.
Fedix tools in the official Claude Code and Codex apps
Launch the official Claude Code or Codex apps with Fedix tools, history and workspace resume.
Fedix jobs from the official agent apps
The official Claude Code and Codex apps can use Fedix accounting, LodgeiT, Google, client-folder and on-screen tools.
Operating on-screen apps
FediPilot can operate applications on screen, and keeps that link alive if a helper restarts, without repeating a step.
Backup browser lane
If on-screen operation cannot be restored, FediPilot continues browser work in a separate background browser.
Keeps working when something is busy
When a resource such as a browser or connection is busy, FediPilot takes another lane instead of giving up.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.
14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
