Features in The desktop app & updates
A desktop app built for accountants
FediPilot is its own desktop app, built on a proven editor foundation and reshaped for accountants rather than developers.
Chat and approvals designed for accountants
The chat, agent workspace, approval cards, dictation and session labels are adjusted to behave the way accountants expect.
Self-contained desktop build
FediPilot is packaged as a self-contained desktop app that carries everything it needs.
Windows installer
FediPilot installs on Windows with a per-user installer that does not need administrator rights.
Update notifications
FediPilot checks for new versions and tells you when one is available, with a Check for Updates command.
Safe update installation
Updates are downloaded, verified and installed by a separate helper, with retries if something goes wrong.
Required updates
When a version is too old, FediPilot shows one card that installs the required update after you save your work.
Saved logins held by the operating system
Saved logins, such as for LodgeiT, are held in the operating system's secure store through a small helper.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.
14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
