Operating on-screen apps
FediPilot can operate applications on screen, and keeps that link alive if a helper restarts, without repeating a step.
The problem it solves
Driving desktop apps for the accountant must not double-do a step when something restarts.
How it works
- Set up on-screen operation.
- FediPilot operates apps for the job.
- If a helper restarts, it reconnects without repeating actions.
What your practice gets
- Desktop work done for you.
- Survives helper restarts.
- No double steps.
Questions accountants ask
Will it repeat an action after a restart?
No. It reads the current state before continuing.
Do approvals still apply?
Yes, for irreversible actions.
Is it required?
No. It is used when a job needs on-screen work.

Backup browser lane
If on-screen operation cannot be restored, FediPilot continues browser work in a separate background browser.
Keeps working when something is busy
When a resource such as a browser or connection is busy, FediPilot takes another lane instead of giving up.
Choose your AI and model
Choose the default AI provider, Claude or ChatGPT, and the model, from an up-to-date list.
The Claude-powered assistant
With a Claude account connected, FediPilot runs a multi-step assistant that plans, uses tools and works through the job across many turns.
ChatGPT-powered assistant
Accountants with a ChatGPT subscription can run FediPilot on it, with the same Fedix tools.
Fallback when an AI account hits its limit
If your Claude account hits a usage limit before work starts, FediPilot can retry once on your connected ChatGPT account.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.
14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
