FediPilot / Client groups

Prepare the group, not isolated files.

Keep companies, trusts, individuals and the SMSF in one preparation context. Follow the relationships as well as the figures.

FediPilot is available to existing MYLEDGER or FEDIX users after training. We personally arrange one-to-one communication, installation and training.

How the work moves.

Complex clients rarely fit in one return. A distribution in the trust becomes an entitlement somewhere else. A loan has two sides. FediPilot brings that connected work into the preparation process.

01

Establish the group

Confirm the client, entities and financial year before the preparation starts. Keep each entity distinct while retaining the group context.

02

Read the source documents

Work from the bank records, deeds, financial reports and supporting schedules available for each entity. Missing evidence remains a question to resolve.

03

Prepare across entities

Organise the working papers and examine distributions, beneficiary entitlements and inter-entity balances together.

04

Review the group position

Bring the work back to the accountant with the source evidence and outstanding exceptions. Resolve those exceptions before relying on the result.

Where it fits

Use the AI for preparation and retain your professional judgement. Supported capabilities vary by release and integration.
