FediPilotSafety, approvals & reliability
One gate for every AI action
Every action FediPilot wants to take passes through one gate that decides whether it runs, asks you or is blocked.
The problem it solves
Rules about what an AI may do are only reliable if one place enforces them.
How it works
- FediPilot decides to take an action.
- The gate checks it against the rules and your approval mode.
- It runs, asks you or is blocked.
What your practice gets
- Consistent enforcement.
- Your approval mode respected.
- No back doors.
Questions accountants ask
Which actions always ask?
Irreversible actions always ask: lodging, submitting, signing or declaring, sending email or SMS outside the firm, payments and permanently deleting real data.
Can I make it ask more often?
Yes, with the approval mode.
Is it on by default?
Yes.
Related features
Features that work alongside one gate for every ai action.
One-click approval for irreversible actions
Irreversible or submission-type actions, such as sending outside the firm or anything submission-related, show an approve or reject card first.
Approval modes
Choose how much FediPilot asks before acting, from automatic to step by step; irreversible actions always ask.
Always confirm irreversible actions
Lodging, submitting, signing, declaring, sending outside the firm, payments and deleting real data always show an approval card, whatever the mode.
FediPilot cannot widen its own permissions
FediPilot is blocked from changing its own configuration and permission settings.
Identifier masking before the AI
Identifiers such as TFNs, ABNs, BSBs, card, licence and passport numbers, phone numbers and emails can be replaced with placeholders before text is sent to the AI model.
Instructions in emails are not obeyed
Text from emails and documents is treated as data, so instructions hidden in them are not followed.
