Signed letters, on your terms

Turn on an opt-in switch to let FediPilot place your saved signature on letters; your signature is used only while the switch is on.

The problem it solves

Signing every letter PDF by hand is tedious, but a signature must never be used without permission.

How it works

  1. Save your signature.
  2. Turn the signing switch on when you want it used.
  3. Letters are signed while it is on; turn it off to stop.

What your practice gets

  • Signed letters without re-signing PDFs.
  • Strictly opt-in.
  • Off by default.

Questions accountants ask

Is it on by default?

No. It is opt-in.

When is my signature used?

Only while the switch is on.

Are letters sent automatically?

Sending outside the firm still needs your confirmation.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.

14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
