FediPilotSafety, approvals & reliability
No claims without evidence
Checks stop FediPilot claiming things it has not verified, such as a file being saved, a figure read back, a ledger agreeing or a field set.
The problem it solves
An assistant that says it did something it did not is dangerous.
How it works
- FediPilot reports a result.
- Guards check the claim against evidence.
- Unverified claims are stopped or corrected.
What your practice gets
- Trustworthy reports.
- Evidence behind claims.
- Fewer surprises.

Related features
Features that work alongside no claims without evidence.
Expired sign-ins renewed
If a sign-in expires during a job, FediPilot renews it once and retries, so it never mistakes an expired sign-in for "no data".
Retries for network blips
Temporary network errors are retried with increasing waits, and repeated failures pause retries, so a blip does not abort the job.
No orphaned background processes
FediPilot's background engine closes when the app closes, so nothing is left running holding a signed-in browser.
Self-managing assistant engine
FediPilot starts, restarts and cleans up its assistant engine by itself.
Updates never cut a job short
Before an update installs, running work is finished and new runs wait.
Parallel lanes when something is busy
When a resource or connection is held by another session, FediPilot takes a free lane instead of stopping.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.
14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
