FediPilotXero & Xero Tax automation
Approval before any Xero submission
Any lodge, submit, sign, declare or delete-type action in Xero shows a confirmation card and runs only if you approve.
The problem it solves
An ATO lodgement is irreversible and a legal declaration, so it must never happen unattended.
How it works
- FediPilot reaches a submission-class action.
- It shows a confirmation card instead of acting.
- Only your approval lets it proceed.
What your practice gets
- No unattended lodgement.
- Reversible work stays open.
- Fail-safe.
Questions accountants ask
What happens if I do not respond?
The action does not run.
Which actions are gated?
Anything submission-class, such as lodging, submitting, signing, declaring, filing, sending to a client or deleting, raises a confirmation card and does not run unless you approve. Declining, timing out or an unavailable gate all mean it does not run.
Is everyday Xero work gated too?
No. Reading and ordinary edits are open; only submission-class actions need approval.

One-click approval for irreversible actions
Irreversible or submission-type actions, such as sending outside the firm or anything submission-related, show an approve or reject card first.
Xero case scope
Each Xero job is bound to a client and organisation, and identity is checked before any write; closing the case ends the scope.

Compare client details between FEDIX and Xero Practice Manager, copy high-confidence values across, and undo if needed.
FediPilot operates Xero

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.
