FediPilotXero & Xero Tax automation

FediPilot operates Xero

FediPilot works in the real Xero you are signed in to, across Xero, Xero Tax and Practice Manager, reading and writing for you.

The problem it solves

Clicking through Xero for reports, drafts and set-up takes hours each week.

How it works

  1. Ask FediPilot to work in Xero for a client.
  2. It opens Xero in its own browser session, signed in as you.
  3. It reads, fills and reports back for your review.

What your practice gets

  • Xero work done for you.
  • Your real Xero account.
  • Submission always needs your approval.

Questions accountants ask

Can FediPilot submit to the ATO through Xero?

Anything submission-class, such as lodging, submitting, signing, declaring, filing, sending to a client or deleting, raises a confirmation card and does not run unless you approve. Declining, timing out or an unavailable gate all mean it does not run.

Which Xero products?

Xero, Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager.

Does it stay on Xero?

Yes. It only goes to Xero addresses.

Once your 14-day trial has started, you can download FediPilot for Windows from your Fedix dashboard and sign in with your Fedix account. FediPilot runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which Fedix does not supply. Training sessions are included and can be booked at any time; they are not a precondition.

14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the 14 days end; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, a 6-month minimum term applies, then month-to-month. Commit to 12 months up front and the monthly price is 20% lower. See pricing.
