Can AI fill in LodgeiT tax returns for you?

Yes. LodgeiT does not do this on its own, but an AI assistant that can operate your LodgeiT session can enter the figures from your working papers into supported returns. FediPilot does this and stops before lodgement in LodgeiT; you check the return and press Lodge yourself. A chat assistant that cannot reach your LodgeiT session cannot do it.

What it takes

The assistant needs the client's documents or working papers, access to your signed-in LodgeiT session and a way to show you what it entered. Without those, it can only tell you what to type.

What the review looks like

You open the return in LodgeiT, compare it with the working papers and the source evidence, resolve the open items the assistant raised, and lodge when you are satisfied. The assistant leaves missing records as questions; it does not turn a gap into a final amount.
