- With FediPilot running in the background, one keyboard shortcut starts a recording in whichever app you are working in, and the same shortcut stops it. Your words are then typed at the cursor. The recording shows a file note in a text editor and a follow-up email to a client in Outlook, with the dollar amount and the date written as figures.

- You read the text before it goes anywhere. Voice input types what it heard and stops there: it does not send the email, so the names, figures and dates are yours to check first.
If a recording is cancelled, nothing is typed and the audio is kept on your device. Retry it from the Voice input history, then copy the text and paste it where it belongs. Fictional client. Nothing was sent.
Recorded in FediPilot with fictional clients and synthetic records. The accountant reviews every draft, and final review and submission stay accountant-controlled in your own tax software.
